This phase includes meeting with you to design your exterior space. We will do a site survey and discuss your wishlist and budget. Once a design and price are agreed upon a contract will be sent out to be signed by you and us. After the deposit is received, we will initiate the process of applying for any permits needed and construction will begin shortly after approval. 

Working with our trusted subcontractors, we keep them accountable throughout the entire build. From beginning to end we ensure quality is at the forefront of our builds, we stay focused on the end goal. You will be kept up to date with any information needed throughout construction.

The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction.
